Damaged on Delivery
In the unlikely event that your tyres arrive damaged, here are the steps you should take:
Inspect the Tyres Immediately:
- As soon as you receive your tyres, inspect them for any visible damage, such as cuts, bulges, or punctures. Check the tyres for any signs of impact or mishandling.
Document the Damage:
- Highlight the area of damage if possible by adding a chalk mark to the tyre circling the damage.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged tyres.
- This documentation will be helpful for reporting the issue and processing any claims or returns.
Contact Tyroola Customer Service:
- Reach out to Tyroola’s Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Provide them with details of the damage and the photographs you took.
Follow Their Instructions:
- Our staff will guide you on the next steps. This may include returning the damaged tyres or providing additional information. They might offer a replacement, a refund, or other solutions depending on each individual situation.
