How do I cancel my order?

Cancelling after order placement, before shipment

Unfortunately as soon as your order has been placed in the majority of cases shipping is booked immediately.

If you wish to cancel your order, due to the costs involved with cancelling this with the courier and restocking the tyres, even if your order hasn't shipped we have a standard $25 cancellation fee.

Often we can waive this fee if you are wanting to reorder the correct tyre.

Cancelling once an order is shipped

In the event that your order has already been shipped but not yet received, unfortunately additional return fees may be applicable. Each order is individual and shipping costs vary, so we cannot specify return fees without investigating your specific order.
