How can I return my order?

Returns

You are entitled to request a return within 14 days.
Please Submit a Request with your name, order number and reason for return.


Only unused tyres that have not been mounted are eligible for return. In case of a return, we will ensure the tyres are picked up from the original delivery address. If you wish to have the order collected from an alternate address please let our team know.


Fees/Costs

In regard to return fees, these will be advised on a case by case basis as shipping costs for each order are calculated individually.  


Your return fee may include any of the following:
- Cancellation Fee if your order is being cancelled
- Cost of shipping to deliver your order
- Cost of shipping to return your order to the warehouse.
- Any callout fee payable to mobile fitting services.


Refunds

As soon as we have received the returned tyres and have inspected the condition, we will refund the original order amount minus return fees.

The refund amount will be transferred to the original means of payment used for the order.


Can I Arrange the Return?

If you would like to arrange the shipping to return your tyres, we can provide you with all relevant information to return the tyres by registered courier.


Please note, tyres cannot be delivered back to our warehouse in person due to Workplace Health and Safety reasons.
