How do I order with Tyroola?

Our tyre configurator allows you to use one of many ways to enter your details:

1. Enter your tyre size by Width, Profile and Rim size (Load and Speed Rating optional but advisable) by pressing OK, got it!
2. Search by your Vehicle
3. Search by your Registration Number
4. Search for a Motorbike Tyre only (search by moto tyre size)
5. If you are still unsure on how to find your tyre size, you can even click to gain more information on locating this detail.

STEP 3:  Choosing your Tyre

Now you have your tyre size, the next step is selecting your tyre brand and model.

To help with this, we have many filters available that can be accessed on the left side of your screen if using a computer, or by pressing the tyre tread icon on the top right of your screen if using a tablet or mobile phone.

  4x4 and Passenger Car filter

Showing firstly on your screen will be our favourite tyre in your tyre size!

Following on from here we give you one (1) recommendation from each of the ranges, budget, value and premium.

Nextly you will find a full list of the tyres available. You can further sort your list using the available filters here.

Each tyre will display with the available price, any current discounts/promotions, clearance tags if applicable, shipping costs for your entered postcode to one of our selected fitters, and also tyre reviews.

Once you have selected an option, you can click on the tyre for further information to display.

STEP 4:  Choosing a fitter, and adding your tyre to your cart

After you have made your final decision you can choose to add a local fitter to your order, or have the tyre sent to an alternate location. EG: Home or other business address.

CHOOSING A FITTER

• Simply click on the ADD FITTING SERVICE button to find a range of fitters in your area.
• Once you have decided on your chosen fitter, save the st
• ation and continue.
• Now you can click ADD TO CART

SENDING TO A HOME or ALTERNATE ADDRESS

• If you wish to have your order sent directly to you, just click ADD TO CART to proceed.

STEP 5:  Your shopping cart

In your shopping cart you can do many things!

• You can increase or decrease the number of tyres you are purchasing.  Even delete them if you decide these are not the ones you want.
• You can remove Tyre Protect if you chose not to proceed with purchasing this optional extra, however, we do recommend it!
• Add or change your fitting partner.
• Change your shipping postcode.
• Add a discount/voucher code if there is not one already in the order or you have another stackable discount voucher. 
• Buy a handmade key ring!
• Purchase a gift card for a family member.
• Checkout using our convenient payment options.
  
  

Once you have finalised all your selections, press SECURE CHECKOUT.

STEP 6:  The Checkout Process

There are four sections/tabs to our check out process.  Address, Fitting/Shipping, Payment and Order.

1. ADDRESS:

   Here you should enter all your details. Please ensure your email and mobile phone contact number is correct as this is how we send you the details of your order, your receipt, and your tracking information.
   
   We also ask that you add your vehicle details to help the order process work more smoothly with our fitting stations, and also to catch any wrong tyre sizes.
   
   You can still chose here to add a fitting station, or to another address.
   
   Once done select either FIND A FITTING STATION or SEND ORDER TO HOME OFFICE OR ANOTHER ADDRESS
   
   

2. SHIPPING/FITTING

   
   

   SHIPPING

   If you chose to have your tyres sent to your own address, the next screen will ask for these details. To avoid delays, it is advisable to add an authority to leave if this is a safe option for your delivery address.
   
   Once done select GO TO PAYMENT
   
   

   FITTING

   
   If you chose to have your tyres fitted with one of our fitting partners, after selection of your desired fitter, your order will move to the Payment section.
   
   

3. PAYMENT

   
   Select one our convenient payment options

• Paypal or Pay in 4
• VISA, Master Card American Express (Credit Card option)
• Google Pay
• Zippay
• Afterpay

Before proceeding DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER! Click on the link to do this, and if you haven't yet entered your vehicle, please do so here.

After fully checking your order is correct, tick the box to confirm you are happy to proceed.  Or if you still have doubts click  on contact us and our friendly support team can answer any of your questions.

4. ORDER

Proceed to process your order by pressing the Payment button provided to complete your payment!  An order number and details of what will happen next will be sent to you.
